What is Bleeps SMS?

Bleeps is a personal AI assistant that works 24/7. With SMS enabled, you can text your assistant directly from your phone — no app required. Your assistant sends you:

  • Task reminders and notifications at scheduled times
  • Daily briefings with your calendar, tasks, and weather
  • AI-powered responses to your questions and requests
  • Group SMS coordination between opted-in participants

How to Opt In

SMS messaging requires explicit opt-in through a two-step verification process:

Link your phone number

Go to Settings in the Bleeps app and find the SMS section. Enter your phone number with country code (e.g., +1 555 123-4567).

Verify via SMS code

After linking, you will see a one-time verification code on screen. Text this code to the Bleeps number from your phone. Once verified, SMS messaging is active.

Consent

By linking your phone number and completing SMS verification in the Bleeps app, you consent to receive text messages from Bleeps including reminders, task notifications, daily briefings, and AI assistant responses. Message frequency varies based on your usage and configured notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.

Below is the exact SMS opt-in interface users see in Bleeps Settings. Consent language is displayed before the user enters their phone number. No messages are sent until the two-step verification is complete.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using either method:

  • Reply STOP to any Bleeps text message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
  • Unlink in Settings — Go to Settings in the Bleeps app, find the SMS section, and click the remove button next to your phone number.
