By accessing or using Bleeps ("we", "our", or "us") at bleeps.ai, including our web application, Chrome extension, Telegram bot, Slack app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bleeps is a personal AI assistant that helps you manage tasks, schedule reminders, receive notifications, and connect with third-party services. The Service includes:

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Bleeps integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Gmail), Slack, Telegram, Trello, and Plaid. When you connect these services:
Bleeps stores access tokens securely to maintain your integrations. Financial data accessed through Plaid is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
End-to-end encrypted group chats use client-side encryption. We cannot access the contents of encrypted messages. Encryption keys are shared via invite links and stored only on your device.
Bleeps offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and tier limits are displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Bleeps uses AI to generate responses, create tasks, and manage reminders. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before acting on it.
We do not guarantee that notifications or reminders will be delivered at the exact time specified. Delivery depends on device settings, network availability, and third-party service reliability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLEEPS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bleeps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@bleeps.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
